About Pastors Network

The vision God gave me for the Senior Pastors is “Pastors NETwork”. NETwork is an acronym for Nurture, Empowerment and Training. The Nurture component is focused on increasing ministry effectiveness of pastors and leaders and facilitating personal growth and renewal. We will provide wise counsel to Senior Pastors so they become renewed, revived and refreshed. The Empowerment component will bring in speakers with specific areas of expertise to impart their knowledge and wisdom of ministry. We intend to empower pastors by providing information such as financial planning for ministries, church growth, IRS codes for ministry, proper staffing and different models of worship with precision timing. The Training component will provide instructions on the operatives of The Fellowship. Training on theological positions, the symbolic meaning of the priestly attire and accessories as well as collars and different colors worn by leadership.
